Brilliant Design. Aggressively Cheeky.

I really like these. They look great, the leopard-and-buckle design has some actual personality, and once I’d sized up I was pleasantly surprised by how flattering they were.

What I wasn’t prepared for was quite how cheeky the cut is.
I’d somehow convinced myself they were cut more like the Safari bottoms. They are not. I put these on and discovered my butt was on show more than I was comfortable with.

That’s more exposure than I’d normally choose, although admittedly the fit looks far better on than I expected.

My recurring thought with CXIX, though, is simply:
Can you please make more of this stuff specifically for the male figure?

Not dumb it down. Not turn it into another pair of boring men’s shorts. Take exactly this sort of design — the buckles, the leopard print, the interesting cuts, the attitude — and adapt the proportions and coverage properly for a male body.

Because this is precisely the sort of polewear I want to buy.
I just occasionally want slightly less of my backside participating in the class than I am until I feel it is more...kinder on other people's eyes.
