We offer a range of worldwide shipping options for you to chose from to ensure you receive your delivery as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We ship from the UK. Shipping rates are based on your parcel's weight and (for most countries) you have the choice of standard or express shipping, as well as free domestic shipping for orders over £99 in UK and free international standard shipping for orders over £149 * . Generally we ship Monday - Friday, but not on Public Holidays in England and Wales (see below for dates). Orders placed late on Friday / Saturday / Sunday / public holiday will be shipped on the next business day (incl. express shipping options). Fox Boxes are shipped using Standard International Shipping.

*Please note: Free shipping threshold refers to the order value AFTER any gift cards or discount codes have been deducted and does not include products from the Hella Heels collection. Not applicable during Black Friday sales.
