Muse Mansion is our loyalty rewards program where we invite you to take your relationship with us to the next level with exclusive perks and experiences. The more you engage, the more rooms and benefits you unlock!

Muse Mansion provides customers with the chance to earn points on every purchase made through our online store, as well as bonus points for liking and following us on Facebook, following us on Instagram, and signing up to the program. As points accumulate, members level up tiers in Muse Mansion, unlocking access to exclusive benefits and rewards and specially designed merch for you at our Merch Shop!

You can use them once you gain 100 points (minimum Merch Shop purchase), and where applicable on spendable discounts. The more you spend, the more points you make and can redeem on!

You have 12 months to spend your points, after which they expire. We will send you an email reminder 10 days and 48 hours before they expire.

The level status is determined by your annual spend, and is retained for 12 months. The spend levels are: £0-£299 for Level 1; £300-£499 for Level 2; £500+ for Level 3.

You can redeem your exclusive merch two ways:

1) On this page, scroll up to The Merch Shop and click the "Redeem Now" button on the merch you'd like to get. It will open up the Rewards popup to your left. Choose the merch item and redeem to add the product to cart. A discount code will be automatically generated to mark the item "free" (in exchange for its value in points) once at checkout.

2) Click the Rewards button on your left side. Select "Ways to redeem" and then select the merch you'd like to get. Redeem to add the product to cart. A discount code will be automatically generated to mark the item "free" (in exchange for its value in points) once at checkout.

Please note:

- Once you click redeem, the merch item discount voucher will be generated, points deducted and it can't be reversed. If you don't claim the coupon, it will stay available in "My Rewards" section.

- You can only redeem one of each merch item per oder, the discount code won't apply if multiple of the same item are added into cart

- To redeem multiple different merch items in one order, second discount code needs to be manually copied from "My rewards" and pasted on Checkout (the above limit of one of each item still applies)

Members can refer a friend to make their first purchase on the site. Your friend will receive £10 for their first order, and you will receive £10 on your next order with us! This will not work if the referred friend has already shopped with us before.

Your points and tier status will be adjusted in line with the refunded amount.

The points can only be redeemed on the store where they were earned. Each store has its own Muse Mansion, and the tier is determined by the spend on that store only.
