All our orders ship to you from the UK.  Shipment of your parcel is based on the parcel weight. 

We use the following 2 shipping options:

A) Under 2kg: Standard International Mail - Tracked

     Delivery aim: 3-6 Business Days from dispatch

B) Over 2kg: Express - Tracked

     Delivery aim: 2-3 Business Days from dispatch

     Full end-to-end tracking

Dispatch information

• We ship all our orders ship from the UK

• Tracking for your order - When we ship your order we will send you a tracking link either to your email, or phone by SMS. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your link for your tracking status to update

• Dispatch days - Orders are only dispatched Monday - Friday (except for Public Holidays in England and Wales - see our main shipping page for those dates). Our office is closed at weekends.

• Public Holidays - no dispatch - We are unable to ship on Public Holidays in England and Wales (those dates are set out on the main Shipping Page).

• Same day dispatch - 2pm GMT cut off time - The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be dispatched the following Monday.

• Please check your delivery address is correct  Please, please do ensure that your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete then your order may be returned to us (and that's sad as we want you to receive your delivery and we know you do too!) and you will have to repay for your parcel to be shipped to you.

Order not arriving and return of items

• If your order doesn't arrive - Please do contact us asap if you do not receive your parcel, and definitely within 28 days of placing your order, so that we are able to submit a claim on your behalf. If you make a claim outside of this period then it will not be accepted by the delivery company and, unfortunately, we will be unable to replace your order.
  

Customs Information

Since The UK left the European Union, European customers will now be charged VAT and customs / duties on your order when it lands in your country.

The customs you will be charged is worked out as follows:
VAT + Duty + Handling Fee = Customs Fee

Customers shopping from Austria, France, Germany and Netherlands have import duties and taxes included on checkout and orders shipped via DDP (Duties Paid on Checkout) service, so that no additional payments are required upon delivery.

All deliveries are carbon neutral
